About Me

I’m Nicky, the founder of Wuji Wellbeing, a qualified Qigong instructor and Chartered Physiotherapist. As someone naturally inclined to overthinking, I discovered Qigong while searching for a more mindful, grounding way to move and reconnect.

What I found was more than a practice. Through slow, intentional movement and breath, qigong helped me step out of constant mental busyness and into a deeper sense of ease and awareness.

Today, I bring together my clinical background and lived experience to support others in reconnecting with their bodies, finding balance, and moving with greater calm and clarity.

7 day - 7 minute Qigong Challenge

The aim is simple. To show that Qigong can be practised anywhere, anytime, by anyone. This free course is an excellent introduction to the benefits of Qigong.
